    Admission Procedure

    Admissions are granted in MVM to students based on their previous mark report and personal interview with the student from grade I upwards and a parental interaction for Pre-Nursery and KG and meeting the admissions criteria.

    Submit the online Enquiry Form from this website or visit the school admission office.

    The Person In-charge for admission will get back to you to answer your questions and collect the required information.

    Parents / Guardian will visit school campus to fill in the Pre-Admission form

    The School Admission department would direct you for parental interaction.

    Student appears for parental interaction for Nursery. Aptitude tests for KG classes and above, whatever is applicable.

    Student Registration & Payment of fees to be done within 7 working days.

    Note: School text books can be purchased on announced date
    The MVM admission criteria are as follows:

    I. Age Criteria

    • 2.6 years complete for Pre-Kg
    • 3.6 years complete for LKG
    • 4.6 years complete for UKG
    • 5.6 years complete as for Std I

    • Photocopy of previous school Mark-sheets (originals to be sighted at admissions time, if applicable)
    • EMIS number
    • Student (6 Nos Stamp Size) & Parents (Guardian) Photographs (2 Nos Passport Size)
    • Valid passport for international students

    A Note to Parents

    • The Hand Book is the most effective medium of Parent – Teacher communication. Parents are requested to check the Hand Book daily, look in for homework endorsement made by the teacher and to communicate their queries through the Hand Book.
    • Parents who seek information or wish to make suggestion should do so to the Principal. The Principal can only be met on all working days during the Visitor’s timings. Parents can meet teachers regarding the child’s progress after getting permission from the Principal and may do so only in the eveing.
    • Parents and guardians are requested not to meet their children or interview the teacher during class hours without prior permission from the Principal.
    • Parents are expected to co-operate in the work of the school by enforcing regularity, punctuality and discipline, by taking interest in their children’s progress. They should check diary daily, note the homework and see that the homework is done.
    • Photocopy of previous school Mark-sheets (originals to be sighted at admissions time, if applicable)
    • Medical inspection is held once a year. Parents are requested to follow the suggestions given by the Medical Officer.
    • The school will strictly adhere to the schedule of working days and holidays as mentioned in the Hand Book. Only under extraordinary circumstances, if there is a Government announcement of a holiday for educational institutions, the school will not function.
    • Cycle - parking: Though school safe guards the cycles parked by the students in the school premises during the school hours, the school will not be held responsible for the loss of any cycle. It is the sole responsibility of the pupils to lock the cycles carefully and not allow them to be misused by his/her friends.
    • Parents are requested to ensure that their wards practise Yogasanas and Transcendental Meditation daily which are taught in the school.
    • Ensure that your wards study and then sign in their Hand Book everyday mentioning their study hours.
    • Observation class: Parents may have the privilege of observing the child’s class-room activities during the school working days with the prior permission of the Principal.
    • Pupils should bring only vegetarian food to the school.
    • Parents are requested to send their children on time to school.
