Yoga

Yoga is a compulsory subject and an integral part of the MVM programme. We believe that the physical and mental health of individuals is enhanced through sustained training in yoga, as well as the inculcation of discipline and healthy habits. Hence our school conducts yoga within the daily timetable of activities, with the services of a quality and experienced yoga instructor.
