- Ensure enrollment, compliance, payroll updates, and smooth induction, training and transition.
- Contract Labour Management
- Monitor workforce limits, compliance, EPF/ESI coverage, grievances, and absenteeism.
- Insurance Management
- Handle policy renewals, claims, employee coverage, and health awareness programs.
